Having journeyed down the Thames and Hooghly rivers, the beautiful hand painted Silk River scrolls will now be exhibited at the Beecroft Gallery in Southend-on-Sea 2-31 March 2018. Everyone is invited to the opening night on 6th March 6-8pm (was 2nd March) where there will be a screening of Silk River films by Steve Shaw and Mandakini Menon.
The scrolls have just returned from their exhibition at the Victoria Memorial Hall in Kolkata India, and this is a wonderful opportunity to see them up close.
